In May, 2018, the Association  purchased  and installed  a BFD-30 Automatic injection system from Huguenot Laboratories  to treat microbiological influenced corrosion (MIC) in the fire sprinkler system in the Three Palms Center 2-story building and immediately thereafter, we experienced a dramatic decrease in fire sprinkler leaks.  Since that time, minimal leaks.   At the time of installation, the building was approximately 28 years of age.    I believe this is one of the best investment we ever made and highly recommend working with Huguenot Laboratories.   Mike O’Leary and his support staff have been extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy
