In May, 2018, the Association purchased and installed a BFD-30 Automatic injection system from Huguenot Laboratories to treat microbiological influenced corrosion (MIC) in the fire sprinkler system in the Three Palms Center 2-story building and immediately thereafter, we experienced a dramatic decrease in fire sprinkler leaks. Since that time, minimal leaks. At the time of installation, the building was approximately 28 years of age.
